Overlay Laminators

The overlay PSA or PVC material is mounted on the unwind shaft and fed over the face of the applicator roll. The sheet to be laminated is placed on the infeed table and fed into the nip opening, which is adjustable up to 2" on standard machines. Pressing the foot pedal starts the laminating rolls, pulling the sheet into the nip and smoothly pressing the overlay onto the sheet. If an interliner must be removed, an automatic rewind should be ordered with the machine.
